First, Acetal material not only has high tensile strength, but also high compressive strength, especially abrasion resistance. Ultrasonic welding needs to improve the high vibration amplitude and lengthen the welding time, because the material wear coefficient is relatively low, mostly used in bearings, kitchen appliances, screws and rollers and other supporting parts products. 

Two, some ester acid texture material welding is more difficult, because the receiving surface is not easy to absorb capacity, in ultrasonic welding vibration overheating prone to local discoloration. 

Three, PMMA (acrylic), not only hardness resistance, but also not affected by acid, and a high degree of optical permeability, additional color is good, used in the ultrasonic welding machine, the first attention to the problem of brightness. Often used in car taillights, instrument panels, MEDALS, faucets, plastic hands and so on.

PS material, polystyrene plastic, thermoplastic resin, the appearance is transparent bead or granular solid, water and chemical corrosion resistance is strong, good insulation, suitable for extrusion or pressing forming, mostly used in a variety of toys, decorations, dishwashing equipment, pan, lens and other products. High elastic strength coefficient, suitable for ultrasonic welding machine. 5. ABS material, phenylene copolymer, light weight, bremsstrahlung, rigidity, impact resistance and chemical resistance, widely used, this material has good thermal conductivity, ABS material is suitable for ultrasonic welding machine.
