I:
Equipment Installation and Environment
1.1 Installation Location: The
ultrasonic welding machine should be installed in a well-ventilated, dry, and clean environment to prevent dust and moisture from affecting equipment performance and lifespan. Sufficient space should be left in the work area for easy operation and maintenance.
1.2 Power Supply and Grounding: The equipment power supply must be properly grounded to prevent leakage and static electricity accumulation. It is also recommended to connect the equipment to a voltage stabilizer to ensure stable voltage and prevent equipment failure due to voltage fluctuations.
1.3 Secure Fixing: Ensure the ultrasonic welding machine is securely fixed to prevent safety accidents caused by vibration or movement during operation.
II:
Preparations Before Operation
2.1 Training and Certification: Operators should be trained and certified, possessing the basic knowledge and skills for using the ultrasonic welding machine.
2.2 Equipment Inspection: Before each operation, a comprehensive inspection of the equipment should be performed, including the power cord, grounding wire, inverter, and welding head, to ensure all components are intact and securely connected.
2.3 Wearing Protective Equipment: Operators should wear protective glasses, gloves, and other protective equipment to prevent injuries from high temperatures, splashes, etc., during operation.
III:
Precautions During Operation
3.1 Temperature Control: High temperatures are generated during ultrasonic welding; operators should avoid direct contact with the welding area. For parts requiring manual operation, it is recommended to use auxiliary tools to reduce the risk of burns.
3.2 Amplitude and Pressure Adjustment: During welding, the amplitude and pressure should be adjusted appropriately according to the material and process requirements. Excessive amplitude and pressure may lead to equipment damage or welding failure, while insufficient levels will not achieve a good welding effect.
3.3 Real-time Monitoring: During the welding process, operators should monitor the equipment status in real time. If abnormal noise, vibration, or temperature occurs, stop the operation immediately and check the equipment.
IV:
Post-Operation Procedures
4.1 Power Off and Cleaning: After operation, immediately turn off the power and disconnect all connections. After the equipment cools down, clean the welding head and workbench to prevent residue from affecting the next operation.
4.2 Regular Maintenance: Ultrasonic welding machines require regular maintenance, including replacing wear parts and lubricating mechanical components, to ensure long-term stable operation.
4.3 Recording and Feedback: Operators should record the parameters, results, and equipment status of each operation and provide timely feedback to technical personnel or equipment suppliers for optimization and improvement.
