Scope of use:

Ultrasonic emulsification, with its "cavitation effect", can fully emulsify the mixture of oil and water, emulsify the mixture of oil and water, and homogenize the mixture of dispersed phase and continuous phase. It is a modern sonochemical means to replace the traditional emulsification processes such as spiral slurry and colloid mill.

An important feature of phacoemulsification is that extremely stable emulsions can be produced with little or no use of emulsifiers. The obvious advantages of phacoemulsification have prompted it to be used more and more in food, paper making, paint, chemical industry, medicine, textile, fuel oil thermoelectricity, fuel oil central air conditioning, oil, metallurgy and many other industrial processes, among which fuel oil mixed with water combustion is an important project in China.
