Firstly, the difference in scope of use
1. Ultrasonic cleaning machines are mainly used in the mechanical industry. Ultrasound can clean mechanical parts, printed circuit boards, vacuum tube parts, silicon wafers, capacitors, etc; In precision industry, ultrasound can clean instruments, meters, watch dials, and parts; Gears, springs, eyeglass frames, metal ornaments; In the automotive industry, it can clean valves, engine cylinders, transmissions, fuel pumps, piston rings, etc. In short, there are many hardware parts, electronic machinery, optical glass, and so on in the industry. As long as they can be placed in ultrasonic cleaning containers, ultrasonic cleaning can be used.
2. The cleaning range of high-pressure cleaning machines is wider. It uses an electric motor or fuel engine to drive a high-pressure pump to generate pressure, and different pressures can be selected according to different uses. High pressure cleaning equipment is more widely used for cleaning and maintenance in production fields and public places. Can be used to clean various mixing equipment, transportation tools, and other items, and can clear various pipelines; Can clean the drilling platform, oil pipeline, and oil tank inside and outside; Oil and scale on factory floors and walls; Can clean building exterior walls, glass curtain walls, boiler rooms, public places, and parking lots; In the cleaning service industry, it can be used to clean parking lots, squares, roads, streets, etc. The biggest difference between it and ultrasonic cleaning machines is that it can clean long underground pipelines, large objects, or large areas.
Secondly, the working principle is different
1. The ultrasonic cleaning machine mainly utilizes the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves to form a huge impact force around the workpiece, causing the dirt on the surface and gaps of the workpiece to quickly peel off, thereby achieving the goal of surface purification of the workpiece. This cleaning method makes the cleaning of complex, curved, and small workpieces convenient and feasible, and easy to achieve automated operations. Due to the presence of a small amount of air in the cleaning medium - water, the ultrasonic cleaning effect of the ultrasonic cleaning machine will weaken for a period of time after the initial cleaning or replacement of the cleaning medium. However, as the cleaning time prolongs, the air in the water will decrease. That is, when "cold water" becomes "hot water", the ultrasonic cleaning effect will be significantly improved. The optimal temperature for ultrasonic cleaning is 40 ℃ -60 ℃. There are many factors that affect the cleaning effect of workpieces, including frequency, power, water quality, cleaning temperature, cleaning time length, composition of cleaning agent, replacement cycle of cleaning solution, compressed air (bubbling) quality, environmental air quality, placement posture and quantity of workpieces in the cleaning tank.
2. High pressure cleaning refers to the high-pressure water jet generated by the high-pressure pump under the action of the driving motor, which is sprayed onto the cleaned object by the high-pressure spray gun. The aperture of the high-pressure nozzle is much smaller than the diameter of the high-pressure pipeline. Therefore, the water that reaches the high-pressure nozzle must accelerate through the nozzle. In this way, the nozzle can turn high-pressure and low flow water into a low-pressure and high flow jet; High pressure spray cleaning is mainly achieved by increasing the water pressure to spray clean the surface of the workpiece, thereby removing dirt. This method is easy to implement, easy to operate, effective, and suitable for flat workpieces. The cleaning, oil removal, and rust removal effects are significant. Most high-pressure cleaning machines use a set of valves and pump heads to control high-pressure water jets, making high-pressure cleaning operations simple.
