There will be some heating phenomenon in the work of ultrasonic mold, which is caused by the mechanical energy loss of the material itself and the heat conduction of ultrasonic objects.

Plastic welding will be welding parts heating or ultrasonic processing of the material heating, or ultrasonic mold (cutter head), ultrasonic variable rod length working heat, these heat will be transmitted to the ultrasonic mold. The power loss of ultrasonic sensor itself, because the energy conversion efficiency can not reach 100%, the energy loss must be converted into heat. More seriously, the temperature increase will lead to the deterioration of the piezoelectric ceramic chip performance. That in turn makes the sensors work worse and heat up faster and it's a vicious cycle.

Therefore, the inverter must be provided with good cooling conditions, usually using room temperature air cooling; When necessary, cold air blast can be used for cooling. Under normal conditions, the temperature rise caused by these two points is also normal. Under normal cooling conditions, no major problems will occur.
