However, the situation at several levels after the application of ultrasonic welding machine must be highly valued by the production and manufacturing units, otherwise it is likely to cause poor ultrasonic welding of products and increase the unqualified rate.
Poor ultrasonic welding means:
1. The left and right covers of plastic parts are not fully welded, resulting in false welding, unstable welding, etc;
2. The surface of the welded plastic parts is scratched, and the external surface is damaged, etc;
3. Displacement of left and right covers of plastic parts, etc.
To deal with some phenomena inside, you must pay attention to:
1、 Adjusting and reducing the working pressure is particularly related to the actual effect of ultrasonic welding of plastic products. Generally, plastic products generate heat by ultrasonic vibration and friction, so as to achieve the actual effect of welding. The actual effect of welding is not achieved by working pressure, but only by working pressure. Therefore, the size of pressure is very important, be sure to pay attention!
2、 The product surface is pasted with protective film or padded with protective film during ultrasonic welding. The ultrasonic welding regulations of various customers are very different. Some products are not exterior, so it is OK to weld firmly without paying attention to the appearance. However, in most cases, the ultrasonic welding requirements of products are relatively high, such as U-disk, mobile phone, SD card, computer mouse receiver, etc. How to solve the phenomenon of crushing and scratching on the surface of products has always puzzled the technical engineers of ultrasonic welding machine adjustment. To deal with this problem, we must start from all aspects, such as whether the ultrasonic mold is very suitable for the product, whether the ultrasonic mold is bright and clean, etc.
3、 Adjust the ultrasonic welding time. The length of ultrasonic welding time can directly endanger the quality of ultrasonic welded products. Too long time will be the embossing of the product surface, and too short time will lead to unstable welding, empty welding, easy peeling and other conditions. Only based on the actual products must be changed to an appropriate time is a good choice.
4、 Do a good job in precise positioning and organization of products. When designing an ultrasonic welding plastic product, we must design the scheme according to the characteristics of the product, so that the mating structure of the left and right plastic parts of the product can not cause displacement during ultrasonic welding.
