1. The ultrasonic mesh frame is installed as a fine mesh mesh. The price of this mesh mesh is high and the wire diameter is fine. Therefore, during the use process, we must pay attention to protecting the mesh mesh to prevent abnormal damage to the mesh mesh. In the case of meeting the production requirements, the gear of the ultrasonic power source should not be adjusted too high to reduce screen wear. 

2. During use, if the screen is partially damaged, in order to reduce the cost, the screen can generally be repaired. 

Ultrasonic vibrating screen machine repair method: Suppose there is a small hole or a small crack on the screen. First clean the material on the screen, deploy a small amount of 504 glue, apply it around the damaged point, cut a small piece of screen according to the size of the damaged point, and glue it on the damaged point. Press a small piece of pressure block with a flat bottom on the bonding point, and flatten the bonded screen (a piece of paper can be placed between the pressure block and the screen to prevent the screen from sticking to the pressure block). Usually it can be used after 2-3 hours.
