Common faults of ultrasonic generator:
(I) Unable to boot:
1. Check whether the power supply line is properly connected; 2. Whether the power supply board is energized; 3. Whether the fuse behind the control box is burned out.

(II) No ultrasound after startup:
1. Whether the output positive and negative poles are correctly connected; 2, check whether the transducer is short circuit; 3, inductance is padded with insulation sheet; 4. Press the "Start/Stop" key to test whether the equipment is in working state. 5. Whether the fuse tube and power tube are burned out (burning board);

(III), machine leakage:
1. Whether the positive and negative poles of the equipment are correctly connected; 2. Whether the power supply or cleaning machine is reliably connected with the ground wire; 3. Whether the wires or joints inside the equipment are damaged or exposed; 4, whether the environment is too humid.

Quick fault detection: if there is no ultrasonic power on, remove the cable connecting the transducer first, and detect whether there is output voltage after starting up. If there is output voltage and the voltage is about 500V, it may be the fault of the cleaning machine or the shock plate. If there is no output, check it as prompted by fault (2). If E--1 is displayed, contact the after-sales personnel of the manufacturer.

Matters needing attention:
1. The distance between the air vents on both sides of the equipment and the rear fans from the control cabinet and wall should be more than 10cm. ,
2. Ensure that the equipment is placed in a dry and ventilated place.
3. The ambient temperature is controlled below 40℃, and the service life is seriously affected when the temperature is too high for a long time.
4, remember: the cleaning machine or shock plate should be reliably connected to the wire, or the power line should be reliably connected to the ground, to avoid electric leakage accident.

5, the working voltage to ensure 220V±10V, such as high voltage or unstable, please use voltage regulator and other regulator equipment.
