2. The amount of the saw blade in the working box

The saw blade extension refers to the length of the saw blade measured perpendicular to the surface of the rib arc 100mm down from the working point of the gilled rib. In the process of embossing machine, the output of ginning is directly affected by the amount of blade extension. Generally speaking, the increase in the amount of the saw blade out, the effective number of teeth in the working box will increase, the saw blade hook fiber ability will enhance, help to improve the output.

3, prevent severe friction

In the process of seed cotton processing, because of the friction between the movement of seed cotton and lint and processing equipment, cords and knots are often formed. The work box of sawtooth gin is easy to produce wire and cotton knot. Therefore, we should check and repair frequently to ensure the smoothness of saw blades (including saw teeth), ribs and cotton roll boxes.
