5, ultrasonic examination in no load, the amplitude can not exceed 1A, otherwise please adjust the ultrasonic knob.

6, before welding, please use the shell to test, to ensure that the ultrasonic welding machine adjustment is appropriate, pay attention to the welding and debugging process shall not extend the hand under the welding machine head, to prevent injury. Keep the operating platform clean and replace the protective film in time.
