Fault 1: Failure of ultrasonic vibrating screen transducer Ultrasonic transducer is the core equipment of ultrasonic rotary vibrating screen, which can convert ordinary electric energy into ultra-high frequency ultrasonic (18 kHz) electric energy, and ultrasonic vibrators may occur during use. Moisture, the transducer vibrator catches fire, and the ceramic material is broken, and the vibrator is degummed. The ultrasonic vibrator is damp: You can use a megohmmeter to detect the sensor connection plug. When testing the insulation resistance value, the insulation resistance is generally greater than 5 megohms. If the insulation resistance value does not reach this value, you can put the entire sensor in the oven and set the high temperature for 3 hours. Dry left and right, or dehumidify with a hair dryer until the insulation resistance value is normal; the transducer vibrator catches fire, and the ceramic material is damaged: you can rely on the megohmmeter or visual inspection, disconnecting the vibrator damage will not affect the normal use of other vibrators; vibrator degumming: This phenomenon is mainly due to the long service life of the transducer, which can continue to be used after rebonding.


Fault 2: The ultrasonic vibrating screen produces abnormal noise. The abnormal sound produced by the ultrasonic vibrating screen may be a short circuit of the connecting line between the power supply of the equipment and the transducer; the plug of the connecting line is wet or broken down by conductive materials; the transducer is faulty; you can use an electricity meter to check the HF connection cable and the plug, so that the insulation resistance in the middle is not less than 1M. If the resistance is less than 1M, the plug needs to be replaced, and then use a multimeter to measure the capacitance value between the two wires of the transducer on the capacitance measuring gear. When the insulation resistance between the transducers is less than 3nf, it proves that there is at least one broken wire in the HF connection cable to the transducer.
