This problem is often encountered by many users, because the accuracy of the material affects the quality of the product, so it ranks first in the common faults. The main reasons affecting the screening accuracy are insufficient mesh number, mesh tensioning is not enough, mesh damage, insufficient excitation force, length is not enough, etc. For the above problems, measures can be taken:

(1) replace the corresponding screen, the use of regular screen to achieve accuracy standards;

(2) the tightness of the screen is not enough, you can use special mesh loading equipment or professional mesh loading machine to achieve ideal tensioning; 

(3) Once the screen is damaged, it should be stopped immediately for replacement; 

(4) insufficient motor excitation force will also cause insufficient screening accuracy, reasonable adjustment of motor excitation force can effectively improve the screening accuracy; 

(5) The screening length determines the screening progress, reasonable increase of screen surface length is also an effective method to improve the screening accuracy.
