There are many reasons for the welding instability of ultrasonic welding machine:
1. Voltage stability;
2. Whether the pressure is stable;
3. The frequency deviation of the mold for a long time leads to welding instability;
4. The machine has been used for a long time, and its interior is old and damaged;
5. Poor welding material;

The instability of ultrasonic power mainly depends on the matching of welding electromechanical box and transducer and the stability of electronic components.
If this problem occurs at the beginning of use, the reason may be:
1. The design power is not enough;
2. The parameter Settings are unreasonable.
3. The welding surface of the product is uneven with the contact surface of the mold;
4. There are problems or unreasonable design of welding mechanical and electrical source or transducer;
5. Welding pressure is not enough.

If the above problems occur several hours after the normal operation, please check:
1. After working for a period of time, the working point drifts and needs to be adjusted;
2. Is there any change in welding material, such as material, thickness, size, etc.;
3. Readjust the product welding surface and mould contact surface;
4. Welding mechanical and electrical source or transducer is damaged;
5. Increase the welding pressure appropriately;

6. Ultrasonic transducer performance attenuation is too large, replace the welding transducer.
