The equipment through the blade per second 20,000 ~ 30,000 times (20khz-30khz/SEC) high-speed micro vibration, to minimize the friction between materials and difficult to cut synthetic resin products, rubber products, non-woven fabrics, film, composite material products and other industrial products caused by the damage. It can be used for manual operation or installed on automatic equipment.
How it works:
The principle of ultrasonic cutting is completely different from traditional cutting. It uses the energy of ultrasonic wave to heat and melt each part of the cutting material, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting the material. As a result, ultrasonic cutting does not require a sharp cutting edge, nor does it require a lot of pressure, and therefore will not cause the edge of the cutting material to collapse and damage.
What are the disadvantages of traditional cutting:
Traditional cutting is to press the cutting material into sharp edges. The pressure is concentrated on the edge and there is a lot of pressure. If the shear strength of the material to be cut is exceeded, the molecular bonds of the material will be pulled apart and severed. Because the material is being pulled hard under strong pressure, the blade of the tool should be very sharp and the material itself should be subjected to more pressure. Soft elastic material cutting effect is not good, viscous material cutting more difficult.
Why to use ultrasonic cutting:
1, fast speed, high efficiency, no pollution.
2, little friction, improve the production efficiency of cutting operations.
3. Ensure that the incision is neat, smooth and not deformed to improve the appearance and value of the product.
4, can maintain continuous cutting, further improve production efficiency.
5. It can easily cut materials or products that are difficult to cut by ordinary cutting methods.
6, simple operation: open the switch can be cut.
7, small size, installation does not need special equipment.
8, easy to apply to automatic production.
Application:
Ultrasonic rubber cutting equipment is commonly used to cut hard-to-cut materials such as thermoplastic resin sheets, sheets, films and laminates, carbon fiber composites, fabrics, and rubber.
