Therefore, the welding machine with 20kHz or higher frequency is suitable for precision, ultra-thin and very fragile plastic parts, such as SD card, or products with crystal vibration inside the product; 15KHz power is easier to increase and the amplitude is also relatively large. It is suitable for welding large, difficult and easy to weld and rough plastic products;

In terms of appearance, 15KHz and 20kHz transducers can be distinguished. The transducer of 15KHz ultrasonic machine is generally inverted conical, and the specification of screw hole is m16x1 0 teeth, while the transducer of 20kHz welding machine is generally cylindrical with small diameter, and the empty specification of screw is English 3 / 8-inch 24 teeth.

Secondly, the dimensions of 15 kHz and 20 kHz ultrasonic molds are also inconsistent. The height of the 15KHz ultrasonic mold is generally about 17cm long, while the 20kHz ultrasonic mold is about 12.5cm long.

Thirdly, 15KHz plastic welding machine can weld large workpieces, and the power can be divided into 2600w / 3200W / 4200W. The 20kHz plastic welding machine is 900w-2000w, the power is small, and the product size that can be welded is small.

15KHz and 20kHz have no distinction between good and bad quality, but they are suitable for different product occasions. The specific frequency of the machine should not be mechanically copied, but should be comprehensively considered.
