- Fineness screening The particles or powders are screened from coarse to fine. Under the work of the vibrating screen, the particles or powders required by the user are screened out, and the particles or powders are gradually subdivided from top to bottom, and then the desired fineness is obtained.
- Independent screening Different materials are stacked together to screen out the materials selected by the user, which is called independent screening. The required materials are screened out and the unnecessary materials are removed directly.
- Check the screening. During the operation of the machine, the unqualified products are removed and the qualified products are screened out to improve the product quality and work efficiency. The screened unqualified products are reprocessed to prevent waste and save costs.
- Grade screening: use two or three layers of screening equipment to screen out materials with different fineness, so as to divide the product grades and get different grades of products, save labor costs and improve the grade of materials.
- Dehydration screening: if some materials are not solid, liquid or slurry, dehydration screening, desliming or desliming screening is required. This screening equipment is often used in large-scale factories and mines such as mineral processing, metallurgy and coal washing.
