Ultrasonic plastic welder can be divided into 40khz, 35khz, 28khz, 20khz, 15khz according to different frequencies. The differences of ultrasonic welder with different frequencies are as follows:

01, different uses: ultrasonic welding through vibration plastic parts to connect the role, the higher the frequency of the amplitude is smaller, the corresponding power is smaller, so high frequency (40khz/35khz) welding machine for small two precision plastic parts welding; 28khz welders are mostly used for hand-held spot welders, and 20khz/15khz ultrasonic welders are used for welding large and complex plastic parts.

02, ultrasonic mold size is different: the most common ultrasonic mold is half wave welding head, different frequency ultrasonic welding machine mold size is different, 40K mold (7cm), 35khz (8cm), 28khz (10cm), 20khz mold (13cm), 15khz mold (17cm). Measuring the length of ultrasonic mold is also one of the important indicators to judge the frequency. 

03. Different structures: high-frequency welder (40khz, 35khz, 28khz) sound structure is split (transducer + horn is a separate part), table ultrasonic welder (20khz, 15khz) sound structure is integrated (transducer + horn is an integral part.
