The high-power ultrasonic metal melt processing system is composed of ultrasonic vibration components and special ultrasonic drive power supply. Ultrasonic vibration components mainly include high-power ultrasonic transducer, horn and tool head (transmitter head), which are used to generate ultrasonic vibration and emit the vibration energy to the metal melt. Transducers convert the input electrical energy into mechanical energy, called ultrasonic waves. Its expression form is the transducer in the longitudinal stretch back and forth movement, the amplitude is generally in a few microns. This amplitude power density is not enough to be used directly. The horn amplifies the amplitude according to the design requirements, isolates the metal melt and heat transfer, and also plays a role in fixing the whole ultrasonic vibration system. The tool head is connected to the horn, which transmits ultrasonic energy vibration to the tool head, and then the tool head emits ultrasonic energy into the metal melt.
