Fault 1: Press the welding button and the welding head will drop, but it will not rise after welding.
Reasons: 1. Insufficient air pressure; 2. Bad solenoid valve; 3. Adjust air pressure; 4. Maintenance program board; 5. Time adjustment switch is damaged.

Fault 2: The overload light is on during operation.
Reasons: 1. The welding head is loose; 2. The frequency is adjusted improperly; 3. The welding head is broken; 4. The pressure is too large; 5. The power of the machine is too small.

Fault 3: The power indicator light is off, the fan of the vibration box is weakened, the vibration cannot be generated, or the welding strength is weakened.
Reasons: 1. The power supply voltage is low; 2. The input transformer is damaged; 3. The power socket has poor contact.

Fault 4: Press the welding button, and the welding head will drop immediately when it touches the workpiece and it will rise without vibrating.
Reasons: 1. The descending stroke has not reached the welding position; 2. The travel switch is in poor contact; 3. The pressure trigger system is poor.

Fault 5: The impact of welding head rising or falling is too large.

Fault eight: excessive ultrasonic welding.
Reasons: 1. The appearance and size of the work object is different after over-melting; 2. The work object is damaged too much; 3. Adjust the low-point fine-tuning screw; 4. Replace the welding head with a lower amplitude. 5. The welding time is too long to shorten.

Fault 9: The energy input to work is too little.
Reasons: 1. Increase the working pressure; 2. Lengthen the welding time; 3. Increase the amplitude; 4. Use a higher power model; 5. The ultrasonic welding head has poor resonance.

Fault ten: Too much energy is input to work.
Reasons: 1. Reduce the working pressure; 2. Reduce the welding time; 3. Reduce the number of amplitude segments; 4. Slow down the descent speed of the welding head; 5. Insufficient welding.
