Ultrasonic cutting knife is composed of: ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic horn, ultrasonic generator.
First, ultrasonic generator
Ordinary current is converted into high frequency high voltage ac current, which is lost to the ultrasonic transducer. Ultrasonic transducers are equivalent to energy conversion devices, which can convert the input electrical energy into mechanical energy, namely ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic transducer moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction, and the frequency of the stretching motion is equal to the frequency of the high frequency AC current supplied by the driving power supply.
Two, ultrasonic horn
The ultrasonic horn amplifies the output amplitude of the ultrasonic transducer.
Three, ultrasonic generator
Output ultrasonic wave, using the cutting knife to focus the ultrasonic energy input to the cutting part of the cutting material. Under the action of huge ultrasonic energy, this part can soften and melt instantly, and its strength decreases greatly. The material can be cut with very little force.
