Problem 1: When the ultrasonic welding machine is welding, the machine overload indicator is on, and the welding effect of the weldment is not ideal. 

Troubleshooting: A. The working air pressure of the machine is adjusted too much; 

B. Insertable weldment fits too tightly; 

C. The transducer system has failed.

Problem 2: The welding effect of the weldment is not ideal, but the overload indicator does not light up when welding, and the ultrasonic output is weak. 

Troubleshooting: A. The 24V power supply of the power transformer is abnormal, and the relay does not act; 

B. The three terminal voltage regulator LM7824 on the machine's word board is damaged.

Problem 3: The welding effect of the weldment is not ideal. Press the ultrasonic test button to hear the whistling sound. 

Troubleshooting: There is a problem with the transducer system assembly.

Question 4: Turn on the power switch and you hear a faint howl. 

Troubleshooting: 1 - 2 power tubes on the circuit board are burnt.

Problem 5: The welding head drops during operation, but there is no ultrasonic output, and the welding head does not reset. 

Troubleshooting: A. The working air pressure of the machine is too small; 

B. The trigger preset button of the machine is damaged or improperly adjusted; 

C. Machine program board circuit board failure.

Problem 6: The ultrasonic output of the machine is normal, but the machine does not act. 

Troubleshooting: A. The air supply of the compressor pump is abnormal; 

B. The air circuit is blocked or the pneumatic components (solenoid valve, throttle valve or pressure regulating valve) are faulty.

Question 7: The machine and transducer system are normal, but the welding effect is not ideal. Observe the power load meter when the machine is working, and the indicated value is less than 20%. 

Exclusion: A. The descending stroke of the welding die exceeds the allowable range of the equipment; 

B. The limit screw is improperly adjusted.

Problem 8: When the power switch is turned on, the power indicator does not light up and there is no action. 

Troubleshooting: A. Poor contact between the power cord and the power socket; 

B. The power fuse of the machine is burnt out.

Problem 9: Turn on the power switch, and the power indicator is on; But there is no action; Press the ultrasonic test button to have ultrasonic output. 

Troubleshooting: A. The five core wire connecting the machine base and the frame is open circuit;

B. Machine program circuit board failure.

Question 10: Turn on the power switch, and the power indicator is on, but there is no action. Press the ultrasonic test button, and no ultrasonic output occurs. 

Troubleshooting: A. Check whether the machine emergency stop switch is pressed; 

B. The 110V or 24V power supply of power transformer is abnormal; 

C. Machine program circuit board failure.
