Working principle of ultrasonic automatic cutting nozzle:
Place the workpiece in the fixed model, start the switch button, the ultrasonic vibration head is pressed down, the ultrasonic vibration is transmitted to the connection between the nozzle and the product, and the greater stress will cut off the workpiece inlet nozzle, and the nozzle surface is flat and smooth without whitening. As beautiful as direct injection molding, it saves a lot of labor and improves production efficiency.
Using ultrasonic energy to act on the limited area of the nozzle (flow passage) of the injection molded product, the process of separating the injection molded product from its flow passage is called the dewatering port. When the ultrasonic energy causes a nozzle with a small cross-section, the friction between plastic molecules due to high temperature increases the stress here, causing the injection product and the runner to break at the nozzle.
The water removal port is especially suitable for rigid thermoplastics, such as polystyrene (PS), nylon (PA), ABS, PC, AS, PMMA, etc. Soft thermoplastics have poor cross-section consistency after the water outlet.
