2. The welding effect of ultrasonic welding machine is related to the surface smoothness, otherwise there is no need to make ultrasonic lines on the plastic mold. The ultrasonic wire is a super point positioning device for ultrasonic melting. It usually appears on the plastic mold in the form of contact wire (or contact point). Therefore, in the ultrasonic welding industry, the ultrasonic melting point positioning device is collectively referred to as the ultrasonic line.
3. During ultrasonic welding, if you want to clamp the fine wire mesh between two pieces of plastic, you must have a positioning method to make the wire mesh welded in the plastic will not move;
4. The plastic may not melt when welding with high-power ultrasonic welding machine, so the parameters should be adjusted specifically.
5. Raw materials with hot-melt plastics are more ideal for ultrasonic welding. ABS, PVC, PC and acrylic are common
6. Upper acoustic pole: the upper acoustic pole is the last link to transmit ultrasonic energy. The materials used, end face shape and surface condition will affect the strength and stability of the solder joint. In actual production, it is required that the materials of the upper sound pole have the greatest possible friction factor and sufficient hardness and wear resistance. Good high temperature strength and fatigue strength can improve the service life of the sound electrode and ensure the strength and stability of the welding spot of the ultrasonic welding machine. At present, this technology is mostly used in high-speed steel and ball bearing steel as acoustic pole materials for welding aluminum, copper, silver and other soft metals.
7. Mechanical accuracy of ultrasonic plastic welding machine: the perpendicularity of the upper sound pole and the workpiece will have a great impact on the quality of the welding joint. With the vertical deviation of the upper sound pole, the joint strength will drop sharply. The bending of the upper sound pole and the loosening of the lower sound pole or anvil will cause welding distortion.

8. Welding atmosphere: generally, the ultrasonic plastic welding machine does not need to provide gas protection for the weldment. Only in special applications, such as the welding of titanium and the welding of lithium and steel, can sub gas protection be used. For some packaging applications, welding may be required in a drying oven or sterile room.
