A. Ultrasonic welding machine + frequency meter
Clamp the receiving signal line of the frequency meter on the outer skin of the vibration line, directly measure the frequency in the ultrasonic welding machine, and adjust it to the lowest point of the voltmeter and ammeter of the vibration box of the machine. The frequency shown by the frequency meter is the resonant frequency of the ultrasonic welding head.

B. Impedance analyzer
The ultrasonic die is installed on the vibrator or vibration part group, the output line is connected to the impedance analyzer, and then the frequency range is set. The one with the lowest impedance and good waveform is the resonant frequency. The frequency and vibration state of the welding head can be accurately seen in the test frequency of the impedance analyzer; And the search frequency range can be set. For the newly developed ultrasonic welding head, the shape and height of the ultrasonic welding head cannot be judged during the initial frequency measurement, which can help the designer understand the vibration state and frequency of the ultrasonic welding head. Therefore, it is an indispensable test means for the development and testing of the welding head.

C. Horn check + frequency counter
The ultrasonic welding head is installed on the vibrator or vibrating part group, the output line is connected to horn check, the frequency modulation iron powder core of horn check is adjusted, and the frequency shown by the frequency meter when finding the lowest voltage is the resonant frequency of the ultrasonic welding head.

D. Signal generation + frequency counter
The ultrasonic die is installed on the vibrator or vibration unit group, the output line is connected to the signal generator, the resonant frequency of the welding head is searched on the signal generator, and the frequency shown by the frequency meter when the lowest voltage is found is the resonant frequency of the welding head. Testing the welding head in this way can avoid the damage of ultrasonic welding head caused by too much deviation of frequency or resonance point in the manufacturing process.
