Very high cutting precision, the cut is smooth, clear and clean. Blade output is monitored by a closed loop circuit to provide consistent cutting results. Without lubrication, the ultrasonic rubber cutter vibrates 20,000 to 40,000 times per second, so the cutter head can smoothly pass through the rubber. The cutter head vibrates only while cutting, requiring about 100 watts or less of power in a typical thin material application. The cutting process of the rubber ultrasonic cutting machine is very simple, easy to integrate into automation, can be upgraded into existing mechanical structures or installed in new equipment.
