The main parts of the ultrasonic vibration system, such as transducer, horn, tool etc., are connected by central bolts. When the parts have problems will lead to the damage of the whole machine, causing huge losses, so we should pay attention to the maintenance of the machine parts.

1. Check the contact surface should be smooth and without scars. If there are any scars, gently polish them with metallographic sandpaper of size zero or above. It is required that the defects can be ground flat without destroying the flatness of the contact surface.
2. Clean screws, screw holes and contact surfaces with volatile non-corrosive detergent.
3. Thoroughly clean the screws, screw holes and contact surfaces.
4. All connecting screw holes should be perpendicular to the contact surface.
5. Before tightening, apply a thin layer of silicone grease (or butter and vaseline) on the contact surface, and be careful not to apply silicone grease to the connecting screws and screw holes.
6. Tighten the two parts carefully. Control the appropriate tightening torque according to the different specifications of the connecting screw. Where possible, tighten the screws appropriately.
7. If you re-loosen the bonding surface, you should not see any scars.
8, touch the vibration system amplitude uniform, no strange sound, no local serious fever.

9. After working for a period of time, there should be no oxidation or ablation traces on the bonding surface. Otherwise, the contact here is not good, and the loss of ultrasonic energy is serious here.
