(1) From the voltage waveform at both ends of the transducer, the waveform of the full-automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine is very clean when the generator is working alone, but when the generator is working in two bodies, the voltage waveform at both ends of the transducer vibrates due to mutual interference of loads, so the mutual positions of the transducers must be properly adjusted
(2) The operation of multiplexing generators is influenced by the mutual influence of loads and affects the output effect of individual generators. When a single generator is operating, the input voltage is 100 volts and the current is 1.5A. At this point, if two generators operate simultaneously, the current of a single generator will decrease to 1.0A. Therefore, from the perspective of the generator, the relative positions between sensors must be adjusted appropriately.
