From the sample to the mass production of the assembly line, ultrasonic welding products have gone through a lot of parameter adjustment and welding quality inspection and analysis.
Because the total number is small, parameter adjustment is very easy to handle, but because there are many products on the production line, data information must be set more accurately in mass welding to ensure the yield. Generally, according to the characteristics of
plastic welding products, some customers will clearly put forward the requirements for sealing, water tightness, welding compressive strength and product workpiece appearance.
Product requirements shall be formulated during welding. For example, when welding the water storage tank, the water tightness of the product workpiece will be relatively high.
The inspection process after welding shall be:
1. Check whether the appearance is damaged. If the welding is damaged, protective film shall be added during welding.
2. Check the amount of glue melted on the spot, whether there is enough glue or sol, and adjust the welding parameters according to the specific situation.
3. Product water testing and product air pressure testing will be carried out with common tools. After all parameters are adjusted, they can be stored according to the access function in the operating system.
In addition to carrying out the necessary inspection process in the sample setting process, the quality supervision function is added to the welding problems in the automated production line. The quality supervision function can set the limit and lower limit of all welding parameters. When welding products, as long as the data information exceeds the setting range, the system software will send out an alarm, cooperate with the PLC to select the defective products, and then cooperate with the MES system software to fully automatically adjust the parameter settings, thus truly completing the automatic industrial production process.
