Ultrasonic vibrating screen is usually made of carbon steel, which is a common screening equipment. When screening non corrosive materials, carbon steel is the most suitable choice. However, in the long-term screening, cleaning and maintenance, the carbon steel material will inevitably rust. Here is how to deal with the problem of rust on carbon steel.

1、The fine painting treatment on the equipment surface can effectively prevent the oxidation of carbon steel by moisture, thus preventing rusting.

2、The high-pressure water gun is used to help remove the rust of carbon steel. The high-pressure water gun is used to clean the rust without dust pollution, low cost and clean rust,

3、During welding, each welding point shall be polished. The welding point is very easy to rust, which will rust the equipment. When receiving and inspecting the goods, the user shall check whether each welding point of the equipment is polished and take oil spray protection measures at the welding point.

4、 The surface of carbon steel vibrating screen shall be subject to sandblasting treatment. Sandblasting and derusting requires certain operation skills, special sandblasting room and sandblasting device, and the equipment surface shall be polished to clear the rust on the equipment surface, then coated with a layer of protective liquid, and then the whole equipment shall be pushed into the sandblasting room for sandblasting treatment.
