1. You can check whether the screen is damaged. Due to the different materials screened, the materials will damage the screen over a long period of time, thus increasing the screen density, affecting the screening accuracy and mixing.
2. Check the sealing degree of screen frame and screen body. When the vibrating screen leaves the factory, the manufacturer will add a sealing strip between the screen frame and the screen body. Most of the sealing strips are made of rubber. The vibrating screen will generate heat and friction during the work, which will deform the sealing strip, thus causing the mixing of materials.
3. The motor excitation force is too small. If the excitation force is too small, the materials with too small particles cannot be completely graded. The excitation force can be adjusted to solve the problem.
