1、Maintenance of ultrasonic spot welding gun
Check and replace the electric nozzle regularly. As the hole diameter of the worn electric nozzle becomes larger, it will cause arc instability, weld appearance deterioration or wire sticking (burn back); Spatter is stuck on the end of the conductive nozzle, and the wire feeding will become uneven; If the conductive nozzle is not tightened tightly, the threaded connection will be heated and welded to death.
2. Clean and replace the spring hose regularly
After the spring hose is used for a long time, a large amount of iron powder, dust and plating chips of welding wire will be accumulated, which will make the wire feeding unstable. Therefore, regular cleaning is very important. You can curl it and tap it gently to shake off the deposit, and then blow it off with compressed air. The oil dirt on the hose should be washed in the oil with a brush, and then blown away with compressed air. If the spring hose is wrongly threaded or seriously deformed and bent, replace it with a new hose. When changing the pipe, confirm that it is suitable for the diameter and length of the welding wire used, and there shall be no burr on the cutting section.
3. Inspection of insulating ferrule
If the insulating ferrule is removed for welding, the spatter will adhere to the nozzle and make the nozzle conductive to the live part. The ultrasonic spot welding gun may be burned due to short circuit. At the same time, in order to make the protective gas flow out evenly, the insulating ferrule must be installed.
