1: Firstly, before adjusting the resonance between the ultrasonic generator and the ultrasonic transducer system, the ultrasonic mold and the secondary rod must be locked. During tuning, the ultrasonic mold shall not touch other objects.

2: Next, turn on the ultrasonic welding machine power switch.

3: Press the sound wave test switch again, and look at the load meter (if the ammeter pointer exceeds 30% or 2a, the time for pressing the sound wave test switch should be very short), adjust the tuning inductance, and rotate it left and right until the load meter indicates that it is at the position, usually between 5%-15% or 300ma-900ma.

4. The body of the ultrasonic welding machine is equipped with a detent, after the ultrasonic welder has stopped working, and then start to open the cover of the ultrasonic welding machine to disassemble the fixed position to adjust
