Ultrasonic lace machine's installation：

1. Unpack the equipment and check whether the surface and parts of the equipment are damaged, whether the screws are loose, whether the electrical connectors are locked, and whether the accessories are complete.

2. The equipment should be placed on the flat hard surface, and the lacing machine is required to be at least 0.5 meters away from the heat source, and to ensure that there is at least 1 meter before and after the lacing machine, and at least 0.5 meters of space around it for operation.

3. Check the voltage requirements of the label on the back of the oscillator box, and ensure that the system is well grounded.

4. Connect the device with the power supply and air source, and turn off the power switch first. Note the voltage requirement of the machine: AC220V, 50-60Hz

5. The air pipe is connected to a clean compressed air source without lubricant, and the rated working pressure is 0.6mpa.
