Step 3: adjust the height of the frame. When the cylinder drops to the bottom, the welding surface of the die should be about 5 mm lower than the product surface. Before adjusting the rack, loosen the two locking wrenches of the rack, otherwise the lifting motor will burn! Lock it after adjustment! Adjusting the height of the frame is to ensure that the cylinder can absolutely press the product during the welding process. Here, we should also pay attention to the limit of the cylinder. Step 4: adjust the balance of the die and fix the bottom die. Finally, fix the four set screws, press the bottom mold of the product, and press the welding head lowering button of the chassis, Press the lifting button several times to see if the mold is closed.

Step 5: adjust the holding time of delayed welding. The first delay time is the delay time after the start button is started, because the stroke of the cylinder is long and short. If there is no delay time, ultrasonic wave will be sent directly after starting, resulting in waste of energy and longer noise time. The second welding time is undoubtedly the time to control the ultrasonic, depending on the product. The third pressure holding time is the time to keep pressing the product after ultrasonic welding, because the plastic of some products is elastic and the temperature is high after welding. If you don't keep pressing the product, the product will arch and deform immediately, but most of them are OK and can be set appropriately.

Step 6: carry out trial welding. Generally, there is no problem with the adjustment of the mold. Just adjust the air pressure and welding time. If there is material overflow on one side after welding, adjust the balance nut. Where there is more material overflow, the horizontal adjusting nut should be properly pushed up (tightened). After adjustment, there will be non mold. Just loosen the bottom mold and release the air source, Just correct it again.
