1. Function description of all mechanical parts

2) Pressure wheel cylinder: control the pressure wheel up and down.
3) Press wheel switch: press wheel control switch, on the left side of the nose. Click the wheel to drop
4) Mold frame: fixed flower wheel.
5) Flower wheel: the mold for stitching and cutting workpiece.
6) Cooling fan: cooling vibration sub-temperature, so that it can work for a long time.
7) Flower wheel cylinder: control flower wheel up and down.
8) Nose: the driving mechanism to fix the flower wheel.
9) Barometer: represents the pressure and pressure applied by the flower wheel on the workpiece.
10) Air pressure valve: adjust air pressure according to actual needs, and the nut should be locked after adjustment. The adjustment range is generally 1 ~ 10Kg/cm² In between.
11) Table panel: the platform for processing workpiece.
12) Vibration box: control the action program of the machine.
13) Vibration cylinder: fixed vibrator and steel die.
14) Rack: support the machine body.
15) Foot pedal: Control the operation of flower wheel and steel die at the right foot position.

16) Flower wheel pedal: Control the rise and fall of flower wheel at the position of the left foot.
