Different transducers have different output amplitudes. The factors that determine the working amplitude of the transducer include the horn, the shape of the welding head and the output amplitude. Ultrasonic welding machine connects materials through this reciprocating amplitude movement, so it directly affects the quality of welding. Each welder has its central frequency, and the welding situation is different with different frequencies. The working frequency of welding machine depends on the mechanical resonance frequency of ultrasonic transducer, horn and welding head. Because ultrasonic technology has a good effect on material welding, hot plate welding machine has been gradually replaced in the printing industry. If there is a problem with the amplitude and the vibration frequency error is too large, it should be adjusted. At present, the frequency of ultrasonic metal welding machine is 20kHz, and the error shall not exceed 5%. If it exceeds, it shall be adjusted immediately. Although the hot plate welding machine will not have these problems, its welding quality is relatively poor. As long as we take both factors into account in the welding process, the welding quality of ultrasonic welding machine will be improved qualitatively.
