2. Attention to the use of ultrasonic plastic welding machine:

1. The plastic welding machine directly uses 220v city power, so the plastic welding machine body should be properly grounded before power on, and the grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms.

2. When the mains voltage changes more than 10%, the plastic welding machine should be equipped with an AC voltage stabilizer to ensure the high-efficiency and safe operation of the welding machine.

3. After power on, do not put your hands under the upper welding mold to avoid high-frequency vibration and high-voltage damage.

4. When ultrasonic sound is produced, do not make the upper welding mold contact the lower welding mold, fixtures and worktables to avoid damage to the mechanical parts.

5. Before welding, remember to do sonic testing, especially to change the welding mold. This operation should not be neglected.

6. The welding mold should be designed, processed and adjusted by a professional manufacturer, otherwise it will damage the ultrasonic transducer system of the plastic welding machine.

7. When the plastic welding machine is welding, the frequency drops will produce audible noise. It is recommended that long-term operators should wear ear protectors.

1. Power switch: the power access switch of the electric box. After turning on this switch, the power of the machine is turned on and the power indicator is on.

2. Welding time control knob: Set the ultrasonic vibration time, adjust this knob according to the requirements of the processed parts to achieve the welding effect.

3. Fan net: Fan protection net for heat dissipation in the electric box. Note: Do not put your fingers into the fan net to avoid scratching your fingers. Do not block the fan net with objects to keep the ventilation smooth.

4. Output control cable socket: The ultrasonic energy generated in the electric box is transmitted to the portable transducer through this socket and the side connection cable. Note: When the electrical box is working, the electrodes in this socket have high-voltage current, so you must not expose them or touch them with your hands.

5. Fuse holder: one of the safety devices of this machine, with a built-in fuse (2A).

If the electric box is overloaded, the fuse in the fuse will be disconnected automatically to protect other components in the electric box.

6. Power cord: connect the electrical box to the power lead-in line of the external power supply, and plug the plug into the power socket.

7. Welding head: The ultrasonic energy converted by the transducer is transferred to the workpiece through the welding head, and then the welding purpose is achieved through the force of the hand. Note: The size of each part of the welding head is designed and manufactured according to the principle of acoustic transmission, so the shape and size of the welding head must not be changed at will, so as not to affect the normal use of the machine or cause the welding head to be scrapped. The power supply must be disconnected when replacing the welding head.

8. Vibration tube: It is made of insulating material and is equipped with transducer and welding head for the operator's hand-held function. Note: The built-in transducer converts the high-voltage current drawn from the electric box into mechanical energy through the transducer. Therefore, please do not disassemble or break the shell of the vibrating tube to avoid electric shock and ensure safety.

9. Acoustic wave control switch: This acoustic wave control switch is designed for the operator to control the sound wave emission during operation. During operation, the operator will aim the welding head at the welded workpiece and press the switch lightly and press it firmly to work.

10. Output control cable connector: the connector that transmits the ultrasonic energy generated in the electric box to the transducer through the connection with the cable.

Instructions

1. Connect one end of the cable to the output control cable connector on the vibrating tube, and the other end to the output control cable socket on the back of the electric box, and tighten it.

2. Wipe the connection surface of the welding head clean, connect it to the transducer of the vibrating tube, and lock it with a wrench. Note: When connecting, you must ensure that the two connecting surfaces between the welding head and the transducer are consistent and locked. Do not allow the connection screws to be too long or the sliding teeth cannot be locked, otherwise the sound wave will not be transmitted smoothly and cause damage to the unit.

3. When loading and unloading the welding head, two wrenches must be used to clamp the welding head and the transducer respectively, and one part of the welding head must not be locked or assembled, so as to avoid damage to the hand-held vibrating tube.

4. After checking that points 1 and 2 are installed properly, plug the power cord socket into the external power socket, and flip the power switch, then the power indicator light is on.

5. Lightly press the sound wave control switch, and you can hear the "squeak" sound of the welding hair when the sound wave is transmitted to the welding head, indicating that the machine is working normally and can be put into use.

6. When the machine is working abnormally, do not disassemble the equipment privately. Please notify the supplier or send the equipment to the manufacturer for inspection and maintenance.

Three, debugging

1. The portable ultrasonic plastic welding machine has been debugged before leaving the factory. If there is no abnormal condition, turn on the power and adjust the welding time to the appropriate position before it can be used directly.

2. Failure analysis: Failure phenomenon Causes When the system is connected to the power supply, the fuse is blown. The power cord is short-circuited. When the power switch is turned on, the power indicator does not light up
