(2) Rotary drum welding and lamination: Nicco has developed the bonding and lamination process of multiple wide mesh textile or non-textile synthetic fiber materials by using ultrasonic rotary drum. The process involves passing multiple layers of fibrous material through a rotating printing cylinder and a row of solder joints to create a network pattern of sufficient width. This method does not require any chemical adhesives and other AIDS to produce unique fabrics that cannot be achieved by other bonding methods. Bedspreads, mattresses, disposable medical supplies can be processed by this method.

(3) ultrasonic cutting: compared with other ways, ultrasonic cutting can form a smooth, durable, neat edge, and will not cause the discoloration of the fabric. Ultrasound can be used to cut and sew at the same time, which prevents the knitting or textile material from falling apart. At the same time, there is a taper at the seam side to avoid pilling. Ultrasonic cutting applications include cutting carpets, strips, clothing labels, curtains, skew and industrial woven belts.
