Common faults

1. The ultrasonic equipment shall be placed in a dry place to prevent the ultrasonic vibrator from being damped, which will affect the normal work. If the ultrasonic vibrator is affected with moisture, put it into the oven and set it at about 100℃for drying for 2 hours or use a hair dryer to remove moisture until the resistance is normal

2. The ultrasonic vibrator is degummed. After the ultrasonic vibrator is degummed, the output power of the ultrasonic power supply is normal. However, because the vibrator is not well connected with the vibration surface, the vibrator will burn out if it works for a long time. Generally, the ultrasonic vibrator needs to be repaired or replaced by a professional ultrasonic manufacturer.

Maintenance

1. If it has not been used for more than a week, please cover it with a dust wrapper (plastic bag);

2. Except that the lifting screw has received lubricating oil before delivery, other parts do not need to be coated with any oil agent;

3. Regularly check whether the internal vibrator output wire is worn;

4. If there is dust on the surface, please wipe it with a clean cloth. Blow the dust in the machine with dry compressed air every half a year. When cleaning the side plate and surface of the welding machine, it is strictly prohibited to use various fluxes. Neutral detergent should be used and gently wiped;

5. When the water level of the filter cup reaches 13, please drain the water;

6. Every month after the welder is used, the sliding parts shall be wiped clean and reapplied with high-quality lubricating grease;

7. Always pay attention to the safety of the machine position.
