Relevant precautions:

1. It is forbidden to start the machine when the horn is not inserted into the liquid (no-load), otherwise the transducer or ultrasonic generator will be damaged.

2. The quantity, time and power of various cells need to be determined by the user according to various media and select the best value.

3. After a certain period of time, the end of the horn will be corroded by cavitation and hairy. It can be leveled with an oilstone or a fine Keng knife, otherwise the working effect will be affected.

4. The value displayed by the power meter is related to the voltage, the insertion depth of the horn into the liquid level and the load. If the power supply voltage is lower than 220V, the insertion depth of the horn into the liquid level and the load concentration is too thick, the displayed value may be slightly lower, otherwise it may be slightly higher. This data is a simulation parameter, and its size does not affect the actual power of ultrasonic transmission.

5. During ultrasonic crushing, due to the cavitation effect of ultrasonic in the liquid, the liquid temperature will rise quickly. Users should pay more attention to the temperature of various cells. It is suggested to use multiple crushing in a short time and add ice bath for cooling at the same time.
