2. The welded parts will generate heat during welding, or the materials processed by ultrasonic wave will generate heat, or the horn will also generate heat if the working time is too long, and these energy will be transferred to the transducer, thus causing the transducer to generate heat.
3. Due to the power loss of the transducer itself, it is impossible to convert all the high-frequency electric energy into 100%, and part of the lost energy is bound to be converted into heat, resulting in temperature rise.
Solution: we need to create good cooling conditions for the transducer. We can use normal temperature air cooling or cold air cooling to cool the transducer.
4. There are impurities at the contact part with the screen frame. The transducer is installed in the middle of the screen frame. During the production process, the material accumulation will reduce the heat dissipation effect and cause overheating
Solution: we need to clean the energy exchanger regularly to ensure that there is no material accumulation.
5. When the user selects the transducer and the ultrasonic power supply, the model power does not match, and the best working state cannot be reached, which will also cause the transducer to heat up and cause serious consequences.
Solution: the user should ask the manufacturer's technical personnel to match the appropriate ultrasonic power supply according to their own needs, so as to prevent equipment damage
