Constant amplitude function, which can ensure the consistency of welding, is the key to stable production; Stepless adjustment of amplitude is the basic guarantee for equipment use. For example, copper and aluminum materials can be welded on the same equipment through parameter adjustment.
High power capacity: compared with plastic welding, metal welding requires a high energy density, so it must have a relatively high power capacity. For example, 20kHz machines basically require a power capacity of more than 3000W. Many companies often have false nominal power capacity, so we just need to compare it with the plastic welding machine they have made, because it is untrustworthy that the nominal power of the plastic welding machine is too high.
