How to select the appropriate model of ultrasonic vibrating screen?

1. Before conducting ultrasonic vibration screening, first determine whether your screening purpose is impurity removal or classification, so as to have a preliminary judgment on the number of layers and the range of optional models of ultrasonic vibration screens, because different types of ultrasonic vibration screens can screen different particle sizes.

2. In the process of ultrasonic vibration screening for the purpose of impurity removal, if the particle size range of the material to be screened is wide, the use of double-layer screens as single-layer screens can improve the processing capacity of the screen, protect the lower screen, and extend the service life of the lower screen. At this time, the mesh size of the upper screen should generally be determined according to the particle size characteristics of the material. The size of the upper screen can be considered as the size of the mesh, which is equivalent to 55~65% of the original feed volume.

3. Note that when the content of undersize particles in raw materials exceeds 50%, there are many difficult to screen particles, and there are many sticky mud and high moisture in the materials, the use of double-layer vibrating screens as single-layer screens should be avoided as far as possible.

4. Determine the effective working area of the sieve. The screening area calculated according to the production process requirements is the effective area of the screen, and the size of the screen is the nominal area of the screen. For the vibrating screen used for screening medium sized materials, the effective screening area should be 0.8~0.85 times of the nominal area of the screen. Of course, this is closely related to the opening ratio of the sieve mesh on the screen surface.

5. After the screening area is determined, the width of the screen surface should be at least 2.5~3 times of the size of the block material to prevent the screen from being blocked by the block.

6. Determination of screen hole size: for fine screen and arc screen, when linear vibrating screen is used for fine particle screening, its screen slot size is 2-2.2 times of the separation particle size. Not more than 3 times; For vibrating screen, it is used for screening medium sized materials, and its mesh size is 1.2 times of the separation size; When used for screening coarse materials, the mesh size is only 1.05 of the separation size; For probability sieve, the mesh size is generally 2~2.5 times of the actual separation particle size.

7. The ultrasonic vibrating screen models available are different due to different particle sizes of materials. Generally speaking, heavy vibrating screen is used for materials above 200mm; For materials above 10MM, round motion screen is mostly used; Linear vibrating screen and high-frequency vibrating screen are mostly used for desliming, dewatering and grading.

8. In order to ensure that the ultrasonic vibrating screen can be in good working conditions, the ratio between the length and width of the screen should be selected within the range of 2-3.

9. Reasonable screen surface material and structure suitable for working conditions shall be selected. A reasonable screening structure is very important for the improvement of screening accuracy and efficiency, and the selection of materials has a one-to-one relationship with the industry of screening materials.

10.Environmental protection is now the focus of the state on all enterprises. Therefore, in the process of ultrasonic vibration screening, dust pollution must be avoided, especially the screening of dust and granular powder materials. Dust cover is used to prevent dust from flying in the workshop during screening. During ultrasonic vibration screening, special attention must be paid to its sealing and dust-proof function.
