1）Inspection before equipment startup

1.1 before startup, check the fastening degree of all screws to ensure that the screws are tightened and prevent falling off.

1.2 check the lubrication of the bearing to ensure good lubrication, and add proper amount of grease in time.

1.3 check whether the conveyor belt is damaged and replace it in time. Check whether there are greasy dirt and other slippery stains on the belt. If there are, clean them in time to ensure that the conveyor has friction.

1.4 check whether the screen mouth is clean and blocked. If so, clean it in time to prevent blocking.

1.5 check whether the coarse mesh and fine mesh are damaged and whether each group of belt rings are locked. Prevent vibration and falling back and forth.

1.6 operate without any load, and feed after the machine is stable to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

1.7 when starting up, look around to ensure that there are no personnel, tools and foreign matters, and ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.

2）Operation steps after equipment shutdown

2.1 after the work is completed, the power supply shall be turned off. After the machine stops running, the screen frame and screen shall be taken out and the residue shall be cleaned to prevent blockage and ensure the equipment is clean and tidy.

2.2. Classify the qualified products, unqualified products and waste products into the warehouse.

3）Precautions:

3.1. Strictly operate the equipment without being familiar with the safety operation procedures of the equipment

3.2. Operators shall wear work clothes and work caps and operate in a standard manner to avoid accidents

3.3. When the dust is large, the workers shall wear dust masks to ensure that the workers are not harmed

3.4. When the noise is too loud, the workers shall wear anti noise earplugs to protect their health
